Claudio Martinez Marquez JR., is a name etched in a story of injustice and resilience. Incarcerated for a nonviolent marijuana case, he was handed an excessive sentence of 262 months, leaving many questioning the fairness of the legal system. Claudio’s journey has been marked by the pain of separation from his family, who have endured the shock of an unjustly lengthy sentence.
